Meet Lara. 

Bsc (hons) MCSP HCPC(reg) Physiotherapist

 

Since graduating from the University of Birmingham she has gained a a wealth of experience working in the NHS, private practice and military environments, as well as working with international and Team GB athletes.

She is hugely passionate about understanding human anatomy, physiology and movement. As well as the psychological elements of injury and illness and the impact that has on recovery and performance.

Lara also has a lecturing post in Health Science, where she teaches anatomy, physiology and health psychology. Besides physio and teaching, she is also working hard and training for her first Ironman!

We offer physiotherapy with Lara as part of the package when you become a Podium Addict athlete and this can be booked online via Appointfix direct through our members page.
